Retention Policy

The following records will be kept for the specified period:

VAT account or any record containing the VAT account: 6 years

Bank statements; paying in slips; management accounts; annual accounts: 5 years

Purchase and sale copies invoices; credit notes, debit notes; authenticated receipts: 4 years

Cashbooks; ledgers; appointment books; diaries; business letters; orders; delivery notes and invoices for expenses incurred:  1 year

Account verifications: 2 years
